We envision GLOBAL as an ever-growing gospel-centered church that transcends geographic regions, locations and nations. We see Global as a biblically organized collection of gospel saturated communities scattered throughout the world on mission to glorify God by making disciples who make disciples of Jesus Christ.

We envision GLOBAL made up of the ethnos of the earth uniting under a new identity in Jesus Christ, a disciple making movement rooted firmly in the gospel. Over time, we see this movement resulting in the planting of churches that plant churches in the major metropolitan cities and international crossroads of the world.

We envision hundreds of smaller communities on mission making up dozens of churches that are sent to engage the spiritual and social needs of their neighborhoods and cities with the gospel.

We see communities of people who don’t view the church as a programmatic institution, but rather a relational movement biblically organized under the visionary leadership of Jesus Christ.

We see a church rich in the arts and inspired creative expression. A place that is a true creative force in the earth lovingly engaging popular culture with the gospel through short-films, magazine, book and web publication, a place where gospel-centered music is written and recorded and sent to the ends of the earth.

We see a church that is led through a team of deeply committed and biblically qualified servant hearted leaders. A place where the gifts Jesus left the church, including apostles, prophets, evangelists, teachers and pastors, truly work together utilizing their unique gift sets to serve and strengthen the church.

We envision a collection of communities where every member is known, valued and encouraged to follow Jesus, no matter what the cost. We see a church that reaches from our neighborhoods to the nations, where every member is invested in community and in making disciples who make disciples of Jesus Christ.

We ultimately see a global church planting movement that is centered on the gospel of Jesus, carried out by the church of Jesus, and focused on the mission of Jesus.
